Project Engineer

Mr. Gutierrez has more than 7 years of experience in Transportation Engineering, working in the state of Louisiana for various public organizations and private clients.

As a member of ITS Regional, LLC Traffic Engineering Team. Mr. Gutierrez have performed several Micro Simulation Modeling for roadway corridors and transit systems. He specializes in traffic impact studies, feasibility studies, parking studies, traffic calming studies, signal warrant studies, intersection and roadway capacity analysis, signal design, roundabout design, pedestrian and bicycle facility design, site access management and concurrency analysis.

Mr. Gutierrez Jr. worked for Wallace C. Drennan, Inc, in the position of Project / Construction Manager for roadway construction, water distribution and sewer collection construction.
