Serving Southeastern Louisiana, we specialize in managing the construction of utility installations, street rehabilitation, and full street reconstruction projects. From planning through project closeout, we coordinate closely with contractors, engineers, and local agencies to minimize disruption and ensure long-term performance.

Inspection, Reporting, & Verification
- Observe construction at all times
- Inspect, measure, and track work completed
- Prepare daily field reports
- Photograph and/or document work progress
- Notify S&WB of any issues with utilities
- Coordinate with material testing agency
- Prepare memorandums for field changes or plan changes
- Verify adequate traffic control signage for safety procedures
- Prepare incident reports
