Traffic Data Collection Supervisor

Mr. Gutierrez is the Traffic Data Collection Supervisor at ITS Regional, LLC. He has more than 7 years of experience collecting/ traffic data.

Mr. Gutierrez has performed/monitored various traffic data collection such as Classification counts, Turning Movement Counts, Speed study, Ped/Bike Survey and Travel Time studies for both the public and private clients. At ITS Regional, Mr. Gutierrez is currently involved statewide traffic data collection for Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development.

Mr. Gutierrez is very efficient in accomplishing traffic data collection tasks on-time and with highest quality.

Representative Experience

• Livable Neighborhoods Revitalized Corridors: Targeted Planning Initiatives in Conjunction with Recommendations from the Inter-Parish Claiborne Corridor. Performed ADT Counts at 20 roadway segments, TMCs at 52 signalized intersections, Perform Travel Time Runs, Review count and travel time run data, Generate traffic count & travel time reports, Review GIS attribute data for multiple layers received from RPC, LADOTD, City & FHWA staff to create project relevant maps.
• RPC Task B-2.12 Transportation System Surveillance RPC Traffic Data Collection and Speed Studies Program. ITS personnel performed data collection for Travel Speed Study along thirty (30) corridor of the St. Tammany Congestion Management System Network.
• Transportation System Surveillance, RPC Task No.B-2.13, Orleans Parish. ITS personnel collected 24-hour Average Daily Traffic counts including vehicle Classification data at 78 locations.
• Transportation System Surveillance, RPC Task No.S-L.13, Tangipahoa Parish. ITS personnel collected 24-hour Average Daily Traffic counts including vehicle Classification data at 42 locations.
